Here is a great way to use up all the old binding and batting you have in your stash. These cute hats will be the talk of the town.

What you need:

Sewing Machine with a wide zigzag stitch. Check to make sure you have the right foot to sew the wide zigzag.

Strips of fabric and batting cut to 2 1/2 measuring 14 yards long.
